Become a WILTOM Agent
Approved agents can introduce customers to WILTOM ONE LOGISTICS and, when separately authorised, collect booked boxes on our behalf — earning commission on every eligible, paid box.
How it works

Earn 8% commission
The default commission is 8% of the basic door-to-door shipping amount actually paid for every eligible box — calculated separately per box, regardless of the Ghana destination. It is never calculated on the empty-box price.
Introduce customers
As a Referral Agent you introduce customers to WILTOM ONE LOGISTICS using your personal agent code and earn commission on their paid, accepted shipments.
Collect boxes
When separately authorised as a Collection Agent, you can collect packed boxes from customers on our behalf and record each collection with a receipt.
Buy & resell boxes
Approved collection agents purchase empty WILTOM ONE boxes at €7 each and resell them to customers at the standard €10 price — earning €3 profit per box, separate from the 8% shipping commission.
Commission
8% of the basic shipping amount, per box
The default commission is 8% of the basic door-to-door shipping amount actually paid for every eligible box — calculated separately for each box, regardless of the destination in Ghana.
Commission becomes eligible only when the agent is approved, the customer has fully paid, and WILTOM has accepted the packed box. No commission is calculated on empty-box prices, customs duties, remote-area supplements, special pickup charges, refunds, cancelled or unpaid bookings.
Customer payments go directly to WILTOM. Agents must not collect money unless an administrator has specifically granted that permission.
Worked examples (8%)
- € 130.00 shipping price€ 10.40 commission
- € 150.00 shipping price€ 12.00 commission
- € 170.00 shipping price€ 13.60 commission
Total potential earnings per box
Basic shipping charge €130 + empty-box customer price €10 = €140 customer total.
8% shipping commission €10.40 + box resale profit €3 = €13.40 total agent earnings.
The €3 box resale profit is separate from the 8% shipping commission. Commission is calculated only on the basic shipping charge, never on the €10 empty-box price.
Commission statuses: Pending → Eligible → Approved → Paid. A sold empty box does not generate shipping commission until the customer has paid the shipping charge and WILTOM has accepted the packed box. Only administrators can approve, pay or reverse commission.
