Agent Terms

1. Commission eligibility

The default commission is 8% of the basic door-to-door shipping amount actually paid for every eligible box — calculated separately per box, regardless of the destination in Ghana. Commission becomes eligible only when all of the following are true: the agent is approved; the customer has fully paid the shipping charge; and WILTOM has accepted the packed box (box status: sold, received, loaded or delivered). Only administrators can approve, pay or reverse commission, and a reason is required to reverse.

2. Box pricing

• Approved agents purchase empty WILTOM boxes at €7 each.
• The standard customer price for one empty WILTOM box is €10.
• The agent resale profit per box is €3 (the difference between the customer price and the agent purchase price), separate from the 8% shipping commission.

Commission is calculated only on the basic shipping charge — never on the €10empty-box price, customs duties, remote-area supplements, special pickup charges, refunds, cancelled or unpaid bookings.

3. Customer payments

All customer payments go directly to WILTOM. Agents must not collect money from customers unless an administrator has specifically granted that permission in writing on the agent profile.

4. No unauthorised promises

Agents cannot promise customers any price, discount, delivery date or service term that WILTOM has not authorised or confirmed in writing. Quotations and confirmed dates are issued by WILTOM only.

5. Physical collection requires separate approval

Physically collecting cargo or packed boxes from customers requires separate WILTOM approval as a Collection Agent. A Referral Agent who has not been separately authorised for collection may not collect cargo on WILTOM’s behalf.

6. Commission is not earned on unpaid, cancelled or refunded shipments

No commission is earned on shipments that are unpaid, cancelled or refunded, or on empty-box prices, duties, supplements or special charges. A sold empty box alone does not generate shipping commission until the customer has paid the shipping charge and WILTOM has accepted the packed box.

7. Identity verification

Final approval requires identity verification. If you are provisionally approved, you must upload a copy of an official identity document through the secure verification link we email you. You may redact information not needed for verification. The copy is accessible only to authorised administrators and is deleted after verification.

8. Ending the agent relationship

Either party may end the agent relationship at any time, subject to (a) the settlement of any outstanding payments owed to the agent or to WILTOM, and (b) the return of any WILTOM property in the agent’s possession, including unsold empty WILTOM boxes. WILTOM may suspend or deactivate an agent at any time for breach of these terms.

9. General
